My wellness journey started in the most unglamorous way possible: burned out in a corporate marketing job, surviving on coffee and ambition, wondering why I was so exhausted despite doing everything right.

I tried every diet, every supplement protocol, every morning routine hack. Some worked temporarily. Most made me feel worse. Then I discovered holistic health coaching and functional nutrition—and everything clicked.

It wasn't about adding more rules to my life. It was about understanding my body's unique needs. Balancing my hormones. Healing my gut. Managing stress without burning out. Building habits I could actually sustain.

I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, got certified, and started my practice in 2015. Since then, I've worked with hundreds of women who, like me, were tired of rigid wellness plans that didn't honor their real lives.

Now I help ambitious women find the same freedom I found: sustainable energy, balanced hormones, food without guilt, and health that actually supports—rather than competes with—their full lives.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me experimenting with new recipes (current obsession: fermented foods), hiking with my partner and our rescue dog Luna, or reading the latest research on hormone health and longevity. I'm also a proud plant mom with 47 houseplants (yes, I counted).
